The MOK Legal Internship Program transforms MOK into a simulated law firm three times a year, where students step into the role of trainee lawyers. During the program, participants work on realistic legal tasks such as drafting, research and case analysis under the guidance of practicing lawyers and faculty. This immersive experience allows students to apply their academic knowledge to practical scenarios, develop professional skills and gain insight into the day to day work of a law firm, preparing them for future roles in the legal profession. Participants who successfully complete the program receive certificates and letters of recommendation that hold significant value for university applications, internship placements and future job opportunities. These credentials highlight their practical training and commitment to professional development, giving them a competitive edge in the legal field.
What drives us forward and what we aspire to become
To immerse students in practical legal work by simulating a law firm environment and assigning tasks similar to those handled by trainee lawyers. The training is holistic, equipping students with the skills for both corporate and litigation law.
To bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice, equipping students with the experience and confidence needed for future careers.
