The MOK Alternative Dispute Resolution Society introduces students to methods of resolving disputes outside traditional court proceedings. Members explore negotiation, mediation and arbitration through simulations, seminars and training sessions led by practitioners. The society emphasises communication, problem solving and consensus building, equipping students with valuable skills for careers in commercial law and other areas where amicable settlement is preferred.
